The KneeMate™ Wraparound Brace with Hinges is a protective brace designed to provide support and stability to the knee joint. It is indicated for individuals with medial/lateral collateral ligament instability, ACL/PCL sprains, arthritis, patella pain, or mild to moderate joint instability related to sprains or strains associated with athletic activity. It is also a good brace for use in post-op management. It is ideal for individuals who want extra support in their knee joint when doing physical or sporting activities.

BENEFITS: 

This KneeMate™ Brace has a wrap-around configuration that makes this brace easy to apply. It features upper and lower Velcro circumferential straps for a secure and individualized fit. It also has an adjustable elastic segment for improved fit and comfort. The large openings in the front and back of the knee provide a comfortable fit and help with positioning of the brace. 

This brace also features aluminum exposed polycentric hinges on both sides of the knee for maximum medial and lateral support. The hinges come with stops to prevent/limit knee flexion or extension ranges of motion. The available range of motion stop options are 0°, 10°, 20° and 30° for both knee flexion and extension. The range of motion settings on the hinges are accessible from the outside of the brace - no need to remove them!

This brace (K64-NOS), as pictured, is made of 3/16" 4-way stretch Neoprene for a comfortable fit. It is also available in 1/8" Koolflex (KC64-NOS version).

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The KneeMate™ Wrap Around brace features hinges on the medial and lateral sides of the knee, making it most ideal for your patients with medial/lateral instability. It may also benefit your patients with mild to moderate general knee joint instability.

The hinges on this brace have stops for knee ranges of motion that are accessible from the outside of the brace - no need to remove the hinges! As your patients progress through post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation, use the range of motion stops to keep your patients in safe ranges of knee extension and flexion. There are four options (0°, 10°, 20° and 30°) for knee extension range of motion and four (0°, 10°, 20° and 30°) for knee flexion. Once your patient is ready to progress to the next range of motion, open the clasp on the outside of the brace and adjust the range of motion stop. You can also teach your patients to adjust the range of motion stops on their own.

NOTE: The K64-NOS replaces the K64-HT.
