The Koolflex Pull On Patella Knee Sleeve with Positive Control Distal Strap (KC46) is designed for individuals who are experiencing patella (kneecap) tracking issues. It is also recommended for individuals with patella baja (a patella that sits too low on the knee joint). 

BENEFITS: 

This brace is a pull-on design, meaning you pull the brace up over your foot and ankle. It features an opening in the front of the knee that is designed to surround the patella, providing comfort and enhanced patella tracking. 

The main feature of this knee brace is the inferior inverted horseshoe that has a sewn-in loop. This inverted horseshoe provides dynamic pull and proper tracking to the patella, particularly in the upwards direction. The brace also has upper and lower circumferential straps that help secure the brace to the thigh and calf and provide additional support. The brace contains medial and lateral spiral stays for added stability to the inside and outside portions of the knee joint. The open popliteal design in the back of the knee allows for more natural movement of the knee joint. 

It is made of 1/8“nylon and 4-way stretch, latex-free Koolflex, which provides support, warmth, and compression to the knee. 

This brace is also available in Neoprene (K46).

To find your perfect fit, start by measuring the circumference of your leg at three critical points: 6 inches below your kneecap, directly over the middle of your kneecap, and 6 inches above your kneecap.
